These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hbje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the hbje website located at hbje.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, payment functions, and promotional offers made available thereon.

By creating an account on hbje, making a deposit, placing a wager, participating in a promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the hbje platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content;
• You agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms and any supplemental rules, policies, or guidelines published on hbje.io;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person or entity.

Access to and use of the hbje platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. hbje enforces a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and any winnings forfeited.
• Personal Use: You must be registering and using the hbje platform entirely for personal entertainment purposes. Corporate, syndicate, or professional wagering entities are not permitted.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active account on hbje. Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on the hbje platform or any associated platform.
• Not a hbje Employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members residing in the same household are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on hbje.

To access real-money services on hbje, you are required to complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

hbje operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is approved or in response to a specific account review:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership (a screenshot or confirmation from your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account showing your registered mobile number).

hbje reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. hbje will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. All financial transactions on the hbje platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). hbje supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability at the time of your transaction.

The following financial limits apply to all player accounts unless otherwise specified in writing by hbje:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction;
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction;
• Maximum Single Withdrawal: Subject to account verification status and payment method limitations as communicated to you at the time of your withdrawal request;
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Verified withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within two hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

hbje does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Any deposit received from a third-party account will be refunded to the originating account, and the receiving player account may be suspended pending investigation.

hbje does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, your bank) may apply their own charges for which hbje bears no responsibility. All applicable charges from third-party payment processors are entirely the player's responsibility.

hbje may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the promotion terms before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
• hbje reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus mechanics — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, hedging bets across accounts, or using automated strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in permanent account suspension;
• Bonuses have expiry periods as specified per promotion. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account balance without compensation.

All bets placed and games played on hbje are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game or betting market. These rules are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting section. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing a bet or commencing play.

With respect to sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other events listed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. hbje does not accept requests to cancel or modify placed bets except in circumstances where hbje has published explicit cash-out or edit-bet functionality for the relevant market;
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules will be applied in accordance with hbje's published sports rules for the relevant sport and competition;
• hbje reserves the right to void bets at any odds where a clear pricing error has occurred. Palpable errors — defined as prices that are obviously incorrect relative to the true market — are subject to void settlement regardless of whether the bet has already been accepted;
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account. These limits will be communicated within the relevant betting market.

Casino and live dealer games on hbje are provided by certified third-party game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game conducted by a live dealer. hbje does not control the outcome of any game and accepts no liability for results that are unfavourable to the player, provided the game has operated correctly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hbje platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identification documents; attempting to reverse legitimate transactions through your payment provider (chargebacks);
• Money Laundering: Using the hbje platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of such funds;
• Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating, or accessing more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false or third-party identity;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a manner not available through the standard user interface;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker-style games;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes to place bets or play games that you reasonably knew were incorrectly configured;
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the hbje platform, its underlying systems, or the game engines provided by our third-party suppliers.

All content on the hbje platform — including but not limited to the hbje brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, software, game content supplied by third-party providers, and the compilation of all such content — is the property of hbje or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hbje platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the hbje platform without prior written consent;
• Create derivative works based on hbje's platform content or brand materials;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any content on the platform;
• Use hbje's brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any advertising, promotion, or commercial activity without express written permission.

hbje collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at hbje.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the hbje platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hbje implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the platform. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way cryptographic hashing. hbje will never sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification partners, game suppliers) solely to the extent necessary to deliver the services you have requested.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

hbje does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure, although we take all reasonable technical and organisational measures to ensure high availability and data security. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

hbje's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your hbje account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hbje is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming practices. We provide all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available free of charge from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a specified period of time;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be accessed and no marketing communications will be sent;

The 21+ age restriction is enforced at registration and at the point of every withdrawal. hbje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes by publishing a revised effective date on this page and, where appropriate, by notifying registered players via email. Your continued use of the hbje platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

hbje reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms;
• hbje has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request;
• Continued operation of your account would expose hbje to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• You have requested account closure yourself.

Upon termination of your account by hbje for cause, any remaining balance in your account may be withheld pending investigation. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
